The Block 6 commercial building project in the developing Spring District of Bellevue is adjacent to the light rail line and features large decks and green roof at various upper levels, providing amenity spaces for the building tenants. Planting at grade completes the streetscape, and provides a buffer at the light rail line. A generous setback along 124th Ave SE allows for several trees, layers of shrubs, and groundcover between the building and the multi-modal path and bus stop.
